Join us as we explore ways to create a space where you can find stillness and peace. This time of isolation is a great opportunity to look inwards and develop a unique meditation practice. We will cover a few tricks to work around common obstacles to meditation and give some tips on creating a dedicated space in your home that will inspire you to meditate more regularly.
